Packaging & Handling

- Each vial is individually sealed and cushioned to prevent damage.
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched same day.
Order Tracking
- Every order receives a tracking number via email once dispatched.
- Track your parcel in real time through our shipping partner’s portal.
- Delivery notifications are sent via email when your package is out for delivery.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
- Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Returns must be in original condition with all seals intact.

- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
